Extended (Live) Support Offerings:
Mainstreet offers many "live" support options.

Installation Phone Support Typically, installation support is handled via e-mail or IRC for the fastest response times. If you require live phone, on our standard licenses an installation phone support fee will apply, and will need to be scheduled with our support department. Custom quoted licensing falling outside of our standard packages may already include installation support, contact your sales representative for more information. General Support Main Street offers assistance with any issues pertaining to the Monetra™ engine (we do not provide Linux, UNIX, Windows, or Network Routing/Firewall support). General support, including basic Monetra™ protocol questions, general credit card industry questions, and processor setup advice are typically handled via E-mail. If you need live phone support, the terms fall under the same pricing criteria as "Installation Phone Support". For extended Consulatation services, please look at this page.

Emergency Support In the event of an emergency, such as system failure, please contact us via telephone. We will immediately evaluate your situation and determine the best course of action. Please note that once we determine where the problem lies, you will be notified how to continue support (via phone or via e-mail/IRC).

Development/integration support Designed to facilitate integration between Monetra™ and your application or website. Please call us, explain your situation, and a Main Street engineer will consult the perfect solution. Free support may be obtained via the "Free Support Offerings" above.
