NOTE(1) Feature enhancements, upgrade support(via e-mail), and e-mail support are included with all annual maintenance agreements.

NOTE(2) Due to the fact we include feature enhancements as part of maintenance, all agreements are retroactive (i.e. You cannot skip a year if you require maintenance three or more years down the road).
